Journal Article 2019 12 03  <br /> Every society has oriented itself towards a governing method concerning the socio-cultural conditions and with the inclusion of different historical-ideological periods and has accepted it as its governmental plan. Iranian society is not an exception to this general rule. Throughout different historical stages, such as the government of Safavid, the Constitution Movement, and despotic government periods, religious democracy sovereignty has emerged as the dominant model. This method of governance is based on ideological-religious values and bases and is the place of fusion of religion and politics. As such, in both theory and practice, it has to fulfill democratic and religious values. The electoral system is the backbone of any democratic system, and concerning the three dimensions of ethics, decrees and religious beliefs aimed to cultivate the aspects of ethics and election as two detrimental poles in both sizes of the religious democratic system. To this aim, first, will elaborate on the nature and necessity of electoral ethic and review the essential components of electoral ethic in Imam's thought, through reference to his statements. These standards will be considered from the perspective of verses and traditions. Finally, we will conclude and will respond to the questions, which have posted in this article. هر جامعه‌ای با توجه به شرایط اجتماعی‌ ـ‌ فرهنگی و با در نظر گرفتن دوره‌های مختلف تاریخی ـ اعتقادی به یک شیوه حکومتی تمایل یافته، آن را به عنوان طرح حاکمیتی خود می‌پذیرد. جامعه ایران نیز از این قاعده کلی مستثنا نبوده است. لذا با عبور از مراحل مختلف تاریخی چون حکومت صفویه، دوران مشروطه و حاکمیت‌های استبدادی، طرح حاکمیت مردم سالاری دینی را به عنوان طرح غالب برگزیده است. این شیوه حکومت بر ارزش‌ها و مبانی اعتقادی ـ دینی مبتنی است و محل امتزاج دین و سیاست است، بنابراین باید توأمان، چه در اجرا و چه در نظریه، پای‌بند به شیوه مردم‌سالاری ممزوج با دین باشد. از آنجا که انتخابات اساس نظام‌های مردم سالار است و با عنایت به وجود سه بعد اخلاق، احکام و اعتقادات دین، در این مقاله برآنیم تا به کنکاش درباره جنبه اخلاق و انتخابات به عنوان دو قطب تعیین کننده در هر دو بعد نظام مردم سالار دینی بپردازیم. لذا در این مقاله ابتدا به تبیین ماهیت و لزوم اخلاق انتخاباتی پرداخته سپس با ذکر مؤلفه‌های اخلاق انتخاباتی در اندیشه امام از طریق ارجاع به بیانات ایشان به بررسی این معیارها از دیدگاه آیات و روایات اقدام نموده در نهایت به نتیجه‌گیری و پاسخ به سؤالات مطرح در این مقاله خواهیم پرداخت. https://jcrir.ut.ac.ir/article_75438_48437c67a4eedb5a68f3f1b2a2765929.pdf
